The sacred
festival of Shri Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated with great enthusiasm,
reverence, and joy at R.D. Khosla . The school campus was filled with Krishna's
spirit. Students brought Lord Krishna's life, ideals, and teachings to life
through various cultural presentations.
The program
began with a prayer to Lord Krishna in the morning assembly. Following this,
students presented poems, speeches, and captivating dance performances based on
the life and personality of Lord Krishna. Dressed as Krishna and Radha, the
young students captivated everyone. Their captivating costumes, expressions,
and performances filled the atmosphere with devotion.
Through their
speeches and poems, the students highlighted the life lessons of Lord Krishna.
They explained that Krishna showed us the path of truth, righteousness, action,
love, friendship, and devotion to duty. In their dance performances, the
students beautifully depicted Krishna's childhood pranks, the butter theft, and
the love between Radha and Krishna.
A special
highlight of the program was the Dahi-Handi breaking. Teams of boys and girls
participated with great enthusiasm and excitement. As the group of students
attempted to break the pot, the entire school campus erupted in applause and
cheers. The students' excitement as the pot broke was palpable. This
entertaining activity offered a beautiful glimpse into the traditional
celebration of Janmashtami.

Arvind Khosla, President Sh. Ajay Khosla, and Principal Dr. Bindu Bhalla
extended Janmashtami greetings to everyone, saying that Lord Krishna's life
inspires us to follow the path of truth and righteousness and fulfill our
duties even in difficult circumstances.
